Before You Build
Before the start of your new home construction, you will have the opportunity to meet with the Viking Custom Homes President and Vice President of Construction in a pre-construction meeting. This meeting will allow you to understand the breakdown of the construction process and a general overview of your building plan. By mapping out your needs and preferences before construction, you can ensure that your home contains everything that you need for you and your family in the future.
During Construction
As your new home is constructed, you will be kept up to date with weekly progress update emails that inform you on changes and progress with your construction process. With this, you will consistently be well-informed during each phase of construction, as well as aware of any necessary revisions to your plan as needed. These updates also include walk-throughs at various stages of development, such as a pre-drywall walk-through, as well as a pre-settlement demonstration of your completed home in the final phase of building.
After Construction
Upon the completion of your home construction, you will have access to your post-settlement service program for 30 days, six months, and one year. Additionally, you will also have access to a 10-year residential warranty. Once your home is completed, you and your family will be able to enjoy the custom features and amenities of your beautiful new home.
